About Me

Hello I’m Jo – Known to many as Auntie Jo.

Throughout my life I’ve had the privilege of caring for children, supporting families, and working in hotels, schools and early years settings. These experiences have taught me that food is far more than something we eat – it is comfort, connection, nourishment, and one of the simplest ways we can care for ourselves and those we love.

I’m a certified baker, Advanced Nutrition Practitioner, and I hold a certificate in Psychodietetics. I have a genuine passion for healthy living, nature, learning and helping people make informed choices about food and wellbeing.

Having lived in two different countries and recently relocated to my newest home, I have developed a deep appreciation for different cultures, flavours, traditions, and ways of life. Exploring local ingredients and learning from people around me continues to inspire both my cooking and my approach to wellbeing.
